Simple Tips to Stay Healthy and Fit

 

  • Drinking hot lemon water can prevent cancer, and remember not to add sugar. Furthermore, hot lemon water is more beneficial than cold lemon water.
  • Both yellow and purple sweet potatoes have good cancer prevention properties.
  • Habitually taking late night dinner can increase the chance of stomach cancer.
