  • 3 cups of water (750 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger root (10 g)
  • The juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of organic honey (25 g)


  • Grate the ginger root until you obtain a tablespoon.

  • Bring it to a boil and allow it to simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. A

  • Cool, and serve with a tablespoon of honey to sweeten.
